Returns 

Our customers have 14-days from the date of receipt to return or exchange their order. All items will be quality checked to ensure they have been returned to us in a new and unused condition, preferably with labels still attached. We confirm that should any orders be returned outside of the 14 day period or not meeting the criteria as listed above, LissyDoll will not issue a refund.
